Nexus Awards – Rapid Response

The application portal for Nexus Awards – Rapid Response will open on September 1, 2023.

The Nexus Awards will release an annual call for research, teaching, and convening proposals. In recognition of the unanticipated opportunities that may arise for DC-based efforts, the Nexus Awards will also maintain an open call for rapid response research, teaching, or convening proposals anchored at 555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, the university’s new home in Washington, D.C.

These proposals follow the same eligibility and application guidelines described for research, teaching, and convening, respectively. Proposals may be submitted at any time, and must include a detailed explanation of why a rapid response award is necessary. The review period and decision notification occur within approximately 10 days of submission.
