Laura Neitz Coleman

Laura Neitz Coleman has joined the Office of the Provost as the Academic Affairs Program Manager in January 2025. In this new role, Laura works within the academic affairs team to oversee the development, planning, and implementation of centrally managed academic affairs initiatives. She is responsible for project management, stakeholder coordination, research, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and institutional effectiveness across the academic affairs portfolio, including the university-wide Non-Degree/Non-Credit (NDNC) initiative, university-wide policy creation, and external reviews.

Laura joins Johns Hopkins from Stevenson University where she served as Assistant Director, Data and Systems Management, and her work focused on highlighting educational effectiveness while identifying areas for institutional growth and increased equity. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a social justice concentration from Le Moyne College, as well as a Master of Education in higher education administration from Penn State.
