Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs supports the planning, review, approval, and operations of academic programs and ensures that all Johns Hopkins programs maintain rigorous standards of excellence while promoting innovation in teaching and learning.

Admissions & Financial Aid

The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid manages the undergraduate admissions process and financial aid for graduate students in the Krieger and Whiting schools, and ensures university-wide compliance with federal financial aid programs.

Diversity

The Office of Diversity is deeply committed to promoting the dignity and equality of all persons via innovative programming, educational opportunities, and guiding JHU leadership to adapt its policy to meet the unique needs of the community.

Education

The Office of Education oversees academic compliance, accreditation, interdisciplinary educational programs, university-wide policies, and innovative educational initiatives at Johns Hopkins.

Faculty Affairs

The Office of Faculty Affairs addresses pressing issues facing our faculty, identifies opportunities to increase collaboration and faculty diversity, and improves mentorship programs for our junior faculty.

Information Technology

IT@JH supports research, teaching, patient care, and business operations by delivering enterprise-wide, flexible, and adaptive information technology services and support.

Institutional Equity

The Office of Institutional Equity leads university-wide efforts to foster an environment that is inclusive, respectful and free from discrimination and harassment for all students, faculty and staff.

Institutional Research and Analytics

The Office of Institutional Research and Analytics gathers and analyzes data to inform and support the university’s strategic initiatives and decision making and to fulfill a wide array of institutional reporting requirements.

Integrative Learning and Life Design

The Office of Integrative Learning and Life Design encourages students to create a comprehensive learning journey that empowers all students and alumni to make the most of their Hopkins experience.

International Services

The Office of International Services (OIS) assists international students, scholars, researchers, clinicians, staff and faculty with visas and immigration. They also support the administrators who assist them.

Research

The Office of Research ensures the future health of the university’s research enterprise by providing research administration, expanding research development, supporting undergraduate research, and creating interdisciplinary research initiatives.

Institutional Risk Management

The office of Institutional Risk Management is led by Jon Links, Vice Provost and Chief Risk Officer; Professor, Public Health, Medicine, Education, Engineering, and Business.

Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs is dedicated to helping students make their Hopkins experience as life-changing as it is mind-expanding through programs and resources to support students as they explore the many opportunities at JHU.
