Open Tools for the Hopkins Community

The Hopkins Libraries include open resources in our discovery tools and maintain open tools and infrastructure to support your research dissemination. 

• Our Journal Search uses the Directory of Open Access Journals and Unpaywall.
• The library catalog, Catalyst, includes scholarly open resources.
• The Libraries provide JScholarship, an institutional repository for papers, dissertations, and theses.
• Staff at the Digital Research & Curation Center created and maintains the Public Access Submission System (PASS), which allows faculty to submit files in support of the Hopkins Open Access Policy.
• Open Science Framework, a platform to share data and research, is supported by the Hopkins Libraries.
• The Johns Hopkins Research Data Repository provides an open platform for your data and is supported by JHU Libraries Data Services.
