a)
A project narrative that describes the project and its goals. This should include an analysis of its significance and potential impact, a clear project plan and timeline, and an evaluation or assessment plan. The narrative should be no more than two pages, excluding references. Use 12-point font with margins no smaller than one-half inch.

A budget breakdown that outlines the proposed funding and explains how the funds will be used. Include details for any personnel, supplies, equipment, travel, or other project-related expenses.

A short bio-sketch for each key participant that highlights relevant experience and expertise.
