Brandy Hall (Stephens) (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Inclusive Excellence Education and Development within Johns Hopkins University’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion. In this role, Brandy designs and delivers diversity education and professional development experiences for university faculty, staff, and students. She also participates in institution-wide efforts to develop DEI awareness, knowledge, and skills that contribute to enduring structural change. Previously, she worked at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab as a Sr. Learning Consultant and she is excited to stay within the JHU family.
Brandy earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2015) and her B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University (2013). She is also a proud certified CliftonStrengths coach, LeaderShape facilitator, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
