Karen Frost

Executive Assistant

Karen Frost is executive assistant to Executive Vice Provost Lainie Rutkow. Since joining the Office of the Provost in summer 2022, she also serves as a liaison for the Office of Interdisciplinary Initiatives team and is key in helping integrate the multiple disciplines involved in the various initiatives being developed by this new office. Karen calls upon her extensive experience providing high-level executive and administrative support, most recently at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, where she was the executive assistant to the deputy director.

A fourth-generation small-town Florida native, Karen was delighted to move to “the big city” and is very excited to finally get to experience seasons and fall colors.
