Nickolas Lantz joined JHU in December 2017. In his role as Executive Director of University Experiential Learning he provides leadership and vision for all components of student employment and paid campus internships. Mr. Lantz comes to the Hopkins community with over 8 years of experience as a Director of Career Services in higher education along with a prior recruiting/staffing background. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of NSEA (National Student Employment Association).
Mr. Lantz earned his Bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Shippensburg University and his Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction from Wesley College. In addition, he completed the Executive Certificate in business communication and Certificate in leading organizational change, both from The Johns Hopkins University-Carey School of Business. He has a passion for assisting and motivating students to reach their educational and career related goals.
