Enable mentored, semester-long immersive experiences for Juniors and Seniors, on or off campus.

Mentoring and Advising

Provide students with an integrated partnership of faculty mentors, staff advisors, and life design counselors.

Assessment of Teaching and Learning

Establish a new system for the assessment of teaching and improve student learning assessment methods and grading policies.
