SSEI: Current Status

Johns Hopkins is deeply committed to improving each student’s encounter with the university, throughout the continuum of his or her experience from prospect to student through alumnus. The Student Services Excellence Initiative takes a student-centric view to ensure that at each touchpoint with a student services office or system, students and faculty will have a positive experience, encounter processes that are streamlined and simplified, and engage with modern technology that meets their needs.
