Meet the Team

Mark Chisamore serves as the Executive Director of the Student Services Excellence Initiative (SSEI), a role he has held since October 2023. His involvement with the SSEI dates back to its inception, where he initially contributed as a Senior Program Manager. Before joining the SSEI team in 2016, Mark held leadership roles in several university-wide strategic initiatives, such as procurement reform, administrative excellence, and sponsored research financial reporting.

Before joining Johns Hopkins University in 2009, he was a management consultant at firms such as Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.
